The Junior Lifeguard Regional competition this year was held at Seal Beach. At Regionals, the top Junior Lifeguards from up and down the California coast compete against each other in various events. Kelly qualified to compete in the Sprint Relay and the Long Distance Run events. This year Kelly was lucky enough to win a second place medal with the Long Beach Sprint Team.
