Turning six brought a smile to Shelby's face all day! The morning started with cards, presents, and doughnuts! Thanks to all Shelby's loving and organized family members who sent her birthday wishes that arrived before her birthday! (I never seem to be able to do that!) At school her class sang to her and made her a special birthday hat. After school we went to Disneyland for her free birthday visit, which included a birthday button with her name on it. All afternoon at Disneyland park workers, characters, and park visitors wished her Happy Birthday by name. To make the visit even more special we saw Mary Poppins, who also called Shelby by her name and wished her Happy Birthday. We were looking for Cruella Devil so we could hear her give Shelby Brynley's favorite Disney birthday message, but we missed her.Shelby had been counting the days until her birthday for months - and six did not disappoint! Happy Birthday Goosey Girl! We love you!

Happy Birthday Shelby! I am so glad you had a fun 6th birthday. Those doughnuts sure looked yummy. Sorry Layla's present didn't come on your birthday. Love you!
