This weekend was step 2 of Kevin's redemption plan:The Long Beach Triathlon
Kevin was one of the first out of the water:
And he was one of the first riders to complete the bike:
And he ran a strong 5K:
And he ran a strong 5K:Redemption!
He finished 10th out of 800 racers
and 2nd in his age group!
It was a Pacific Retail Partners sweep
with Kevin's buddy Mark Bixby
finishing 34th overall and 3rd in his age group!

Geez Louise! I can't take this healthy madness! I just want a little bit of his dedication to exercise.
