Pig Pack

We watched the first night of Olympic competition coverage while eating a family favorite, the Pig Pack from Naples Rib Joint. Doesn't that seem to be a good way to celebrate elite athletes and their accomplishments? The Pig Pack is a family favorite favorite we started ordering as a reward after Kevin completed his first few marathons. It is supposed to feed a party crowd, but we just eat it over 2 days.
Speaking of pigs I had this conversation with Shelby twice this weekend:
Shelby while eating a ham sandwich: "I love ham. Have you ever had cooked ham - I love cooked ham!"
Shelby while eating ribs: "I love ribs and I love ham. Have you ever had cooked ham - I love cooked ham!"
I think Grandpa Bill has a soul mate.

You're so fancy with your pig pack. Do you remember when we went to an Armada game and won dinner for 6-9 people? Well we thought it was a dine-in gift certificate....nope it was just a take out 'pig pack'. We never got to try the 'pig pack' because we ended up dining in. Your food looks way better than what we ordered. Guess we should have gone with you regulars!

Glad to know the Rib Joint is still there. Yay, Shelby. I feel like all I talk about is food so we have a lot in common. I don't like Brussels Sprouts but I roasted them the other night with BACON and they were like little caramelized nuggets. Soooo good!
