RSR:
Kevin did two run-swim-runs with his swim pals this weekend.

The RSR in the bay is a summertime tradition for the LB Masters crowd.

Last year Kevin almost ended his life during an RSR,

so he is being more carefully about where he dives these days.

KAYAKS:

We hit the bay with Papa and Michelle for some paddle time. It was Shelby's first time on the kayak. Last year she was chicken. She chose Papa as her companion for her maiden voyage. She thought he was a better kayak-er than me or Michelle.
