School Events

Tuesday night we went to Wyatt's first violin performance:

I was very surprised (and worried) to find Wyatt listed as a soloist on the program.
Wyatt had forgotten to take his violin to school for the 4 of the last 5 weeks

But the featured soloist (as his teacher introduced him) did a wonderful job!

Thursday night was history night at Rogers. Each student had a historical figure they had studied and prepared a presentation on. The students were supposed to dress up as that historical figure and answer questions during the evening.

But Kelly was too embarrassed to wear his costume for more than 5 minutes.

So Wyatt put it on and hung out with the other Eygptians.

I love that Wyatt is willing to try anything!
