(FYI - this means he swam 2.4 miles, biked 112 miles and ran 26.2 all at once)
I know it was not the race you dreamed of or trained for, but we are so proud of you for running through the pain of a separated shoulder (drunk drivers are so lame). Quitters never win and winners never quit - I knew you'd never quit and I know you are a winner!
You are an IRONMAN!

I was cheering for you all the way in utah. love ya and so proud you finished. I would have gave up even running down the street! I can't run!
That truely is such an accomplishment!! Congratulations on finishing the race! Looks like all the hard work and training paid off! Looks like Kelly and Wyatt will be in the ironman race soon enough!

Hi! Lori! Thanks for stopping by to say hi! =) Way to go Kevin...that's pretty cool! Shelby is so cute... and the boys are handsome as ever.
